I’ve owned many Porsches and just purchased a 19’ T from a RL member, and I cannot stop driving it. It feels nothing like a base 991.2, IMO. For my purposes (backroads, early morning jaunts, taking kids to school) it is perfect. The 7 speed manual is where it’s at, skip the PDK.
My guess is the 7 speed manual is giving 90% improvement over the 991.2 base. A 991.2 base with manual is an exponentially different experience than any "S", "T" or "GTS" with PDK. A 991.2 with PDK for the most part is a luxury sedan, actually rides better at times than my Lexus gs300. The manual is the key to driver experience. Yes, its slower in a drag race, last I checked 911's were not drag cars.
