Don't be over anxious, especially how the previous owner looked after the vehicle. I'd want at least $10K off plus the issues taken care of over one that is in nice well looked after shape.

I would never buy a car like a Porsche that has so clearly been neglected.

Run away! Buy CPO or don't buy. Lots of other Targa's out there.

Most dealers would replace the brakes and offer as CPO. Must have other issues.

I have looked at a lot of Targa 911s and passed on one myself that look very similar to this one as they wouldnt come down in price much (wouldnt CPO it either as it needed brakes, catch-up maintenance, and some "work"). Granted they sold it anyway... The big question is if there is a good maintenance history on Carfax as plugs, filters, belts, etc should have been replaced by now and if not could lead to larger issues. My gut is this car was on lease (Carfax should say) hence the cosmetic items and brakes. I just did my brakes and they were 4k for reference and the door trim is a pain to install... window buttons not too bad. If no CPO and at least basic maintenance done I think around $110k is probably fair given it is a 4 GTS.
