991.2 Carrera 4s PDK slipping at shift
2017 w/ 45k miles purchased in July. Recent dealer 40k service. Recent stage 1 tune but @ altitude so gross engine output is ≤ normal DA. Hard acceleration from a stop noticed some slip between the 1-2 shift on two recent occasions. Last night after a back to back run it slipped all the way against the limiter, could smell clutch after. Nothing out of ordinary under normal driving conditions before or after.
Have a mechanical background but not that familiar with Porsche.
1/ Is the only way to check fluid levels / condition from under the car requiring a lift?
2/ I am assuming this is either hydraulic (OEM fluid or level related) or worst case scenario due to wear / prior abuse of clutches ... but looking for input on what else to consider or most probable cause to coordinate repairs.
Ty in advance for any info.

Confirmed trans fluid level / condition is good. Computer diagnostic showed no issues. Tuner ruled out any torque > ECU reporting issues that might have resulted in inadequate clutch pressure.
At a loss on cause of this and the only foreseeable diagnostic options are going to involve a tear down. Appreciate any feedback if anyone recognizes this issue.
