Default Soft Suspension

Hi all. I have a 991.2 GTS with PASM option. I bought this car in March and have taken it to track a few times this summer. I noticed that even though it is relatively stable in corners, I do notice quite a bit of softness and leaning (a little floaty). I use 200TW tires and car has PCCBs which I’m assuming helps a bit with weight management. Is there aftermarket hardware/software out there that can address this besides lowering springs or coil overs?

I don't have one of these but folks on here says it transforms the handling pretty well.

I have PDCC on my 991.1 and love the handling.

Have you played around with the tire pressures to see if you can firm it up a bit?

What he said. The DSC module will transform your suspension, particularly if you track it. The device is extremely well engineered and will allow you to tune your suspension, maximizing the technology already available in your car. Very worthwhile upgrade.

DSC literally transforms the car.

The 991.2 GTS coupe and GTS 4 coupe models came standard with PASM Sport Suspension. As a no cost option you could order the PASM non-Sport Suspension. Your car may have been built with the non-sport version. If PASM shows as an option on the cars Mulroney, it's the non-sport version.

Thanks for the suggestion! I’ll try the DSC module.

Yes, even the GTS with SPASM is extremely soft and leaning as you put it. 33 Front 108 Rear is soft.
The GTS stiffened the rear a fair bit, the front is really soft.

100 front and 150/160 rear is a great all rounder with DSC controlling it, but you’ll need Coilovers for that spring rate.

I now run 120/170 and with tractive and DSC is is surprisingly street able, yet with all my other suspension mods, it corners flat.

Anti-Dive / anti-squat is horrific in stock form.
How far down the rabbit hole do you want to go?
