Right next to the right tail light. Pic below. It sounds like it landed on the heat shield or something. Should I be concerned?

Probably not, but I’d go hunting if I were you. With the wheel off you can quite easily remove the aft fender liner with some Torx bits (I think it’s T20 in the wheel well and T25 on the bottom. Might need another T25!). You’ll have easy access from the wheel well to the places where a small bit might lodge.

I've dropped many such things into various such places ... have gotten very lucky many times using a small diameter rare earth magnet device with a 2' long flexible wire and handle - Amazon markets several versions.

Happened to me last year, but with a 10mm socket. Had to remove the bumper cover to recover it. No way was I going to leave it in there!
My daughter who has smaller hands and forearms than me, found it and recovered it.

What is down there? Looks like mainly exhaust right? Are there andy key moving parts below the tail light?

Going to get the magnetic tool in a few.

So I couldn’t get tool in there. So I go to take off the bumper, and I can’t remove tail light because one of the torx screws on the other side is totally stripped out. Nice. Back to the dealership.

On a brighter note, the car is totally fine. I’d say it’s basically like a little rock in there, if it’s even still in there. I did some moderate G cornering on my little test road.
