Hey Wizo - This may interest you. Looks good, but have no other info on it. Think it is all CF.

First thing I had to do was scan the original grill - most importantly the mounting interfaces to the decklid. Got this part done and now off to model its mounting features. Should be fun.

Have always loved the ducktail and would do that to my T in a minute if there was a kit available (would love to get rid of the motorized "wing") ... my son just put a ducktail on his 993 coupe and it looks great!

this isn’t my car. It’s a .1 GT3 with a Carrera Decklid and Ducktail.

Can't wait! I'll be the first in line to get one!

So…I should wait then! How much longer would you think it could take to get to production?

I wonder if this would work on a Point 2 GTS as the 911R is a point 1.

it might look good on my car?

4.0 GTS

I guess a GT3 Touring would work as they are point 2.

My main concern is airflow?

What’s the reason they give for it not working? FWIW I have a .1 GTS and I got the 911R grille and it has the same dimensions as the original. I can’t imagine how it would cause clearance issues.

My car’s at the shop but I can take some pics of how it fits when it’s back.

Chris - I remember when you first asked if anyone had a deck lid to scan. Cannot wait to see what you come up with. Any mesh design that doesn’t cost what the R lid costs and sign me up.
