Wireless CarPlay?
I had Carlinkit II and didn't like it much since it wasn't really reliable so stopped using it but change to Carlinkit III during Amazon Prime Day, so far, it's pretty reliable.
But Carlinkit people said if it's working without any issue, do not update it. So I'm using it as-is and so far I'm happy with it.

I'm using this device in my VW Atlas and love it. I have a 991.1 so my Porsche it technically challenged.

Tried both head2head, a few things stood out to me.
Ottocast had several stutters when I was playing Amazon Music and Waze in the first 10 minutes of my first drive. During a major stutter I pulled over and swapped for the carlinkit, to get a direct comparison. CarLinkIt4 was rock solid for the next 20minutes on the same roads.
Ottocast seems only capable of pairing to one phone. CarPlayIt4 is sync’d with both my work and personal phones.
Waze seemed a little behind while driving with Ottocast. I felt the screen was noticeably behind the turns. I didn’t notice the same with carlinkit.
Waze seemed a little less responsive to a finger drag with carlinkit than otto However, dragging the Waze map is noticeable laggy my wired connection. I didn’t notice lagging all during “normal” operation.
Amazon music sounded slightly less compressed with carlinkit; but I wouldn’t say it was a scientific test. My ears just noticed it sounded a little better.
I’ll go for a longer drive tomorrow with carlinkit; and it remains trouble free then I’ll keep it.

I am using the Otto Cast U2-X with an Android Phone (Pixel Pro 6). It works "pretty well" in my 2017 C2. It is a little slow to do the initial connection (could hear some radio music for maybe 10 sec before the connection happens), but I love having it on my car.
Got this and it works perfectly

FWIW wireless carplay is not all it's cracked up to be. I like knowing my phone is charged after I'm zipping around and having to plug it in is insurance that my battery is always topped up. No worries about dropped connections and all that either.
