Missing satellite radio station info/logos

My wife's Macan had the same issue. As someone mentioned previously, it is caused by a programming station lineup change. Not sure why the logos disappear, but all my wife's preset channels were the same (except one that did change to different music programming) and so I just tuned to the preset, kept my finger on the preset channel to re-save the channel and the logo popped back up immediately. NBD Glad to hear some had there's come back automatically. I was evidently not patient enough to wait that long ;-).

Yes, our family hauler VW Atlas experienced the same icon delete. It was coming back real slow, so I went to the XM app and refreshed the signal they started loading back in over the next 10 mins.
911 loaded back the missing icons on Saturday pretty quickly.

I may have to try that as almost all of my buttons have gone blank now. (I've only been driving short 10-20 minute trips lately and that probably doesn't allow for enough time for them to download automatically.)

For each channel from the Presets, I went to "List", hit the down arrow, back to Presets for placement, and they're all back , same size. A minor annoyance but they're all back.

I pushed each one for a few seconds and they popped back up. Just be sure to tune in that channel first or you'll store the prior channel again.

The car is set up to receive Sirius XM. Most new cars come with a trial subscription of three or six months. Whether or not you wish to renew/subscribe is up to you. Have fun with the SiriusXM customer service!!
