Contacts at PCNA? Warranty issue
I'm having a parts/warranty issue problem. And was hoping someone had a contact at PCNA, to try and help solve.
Short story, took one of my Porsches into the dealership in Nov of 2021, for a dash issue. Car was under warranty, part will be covered, and part was ordered.
7 months later and part still isn't here. Dealership has not been able to provide an ETA for the part.
I understand there are product and shipping challenges and delays. However this is a dash part that is still being produced and installed on current vehicles/models (718).
I have contacted PCNA and I have discussed with a Case Management Specialist (Customer Relations, East Coast - Region 31 and 34) via email and phone. I have a case number. But they have stopped responding. I've been reaching out about once a month, so not high volume complaints/annoyances. But getting frustrated with the lack of information and follow-up. Not to mention having an issue, that prevents the car from being sold, or from being "normal".
Any help on a PCNA contact, that could be of service, would be greatly appreciated!

Ask the GM to speak wth the district dealer represetative. Also, try another potetially higher volume dealer. Volume matters.

They've stopped responding?
What happens when you call them?
