Thanks for all the comments. I’ve driven for ~15K miles with RAS so I know that’s not the issue. Also the alignment appears to be ok. It only feels like it’s floaty when driving hard around curvy roads. This when compared to a mid engine Cayman. My plan is to drive more miles to break in the tires and then lower the tire pressure and if that doesn’t work, I’ll put the original box back in to replace the DSC. Spoke with a good friend who really knows his stuff and he told me to check to see that there are no leaks in the rear suspension. I’ll let you know what I find out. Thanks so much for all the suggestions. Really appreciate your help.

33/39 is a little higher than I typically run, 32/35 or 32/36 is usually what I prefer for slightly better grip. Alignment issues seem more likely to produce vibration or over/understeer than floatiness. Same with unbalanced tires or unequal tire pressures side to side.

Do you mean the front end is moving a lot when driving straight on the highway? That’s usually alignment. Or does the car sway a lot over bumps or when braking or in corners? In which case, there could be a problem with the suspension. Wear or damage, especially at the rear, could make the car feel floaty.
Thanks. Floating is hard to describe… maybe like driving a Buick around the turns? Hoping the tires just need a bit more time to be broken in and hopefully the tire pressure adjustment will solve the problem. But as you suggested, I’ll also take a look at the rear suspension. Thanks

39 psi = too much for those tires. You'll notice a massive difference if you lower that to 35 or so. Some would say that's still too much.

I own a 2012 991S with 35K miles & 2016 981 Cayman GTS with 41K miles. They drive and feel very different. The 991S doesn't feel as buttoned down and the front end does feel slightly "floaty" compared the 981 GTS. It's primarily only noticeable after I've drive them back to back.
