I recently bought a Launch X431 Pros Mini tool off Amazon because I installed a ducktail spoiler on my car, and needed to code the car to not throw the spoiler failure error at 75mph. Since this tool is basically a mini PIWIS it can also do other coding-type activities. I paid $890 shipped for it.
Cayenne guys have been doing this for a while which is where I got the settings for a couple things from

From what I know Launch, Autel, and Matco Maximus scanners have this ability.
If anyone around LI wants something coded, shoot me a PM. It only takes a few minutes to do.
Things I have changed
1. Removed spoiler error for ducktail spoiler
2. Made water temperature gauge read accurately like the GT cars (Car actually runs between 180-220 degrees not 194 like the gauge shows from factory)

3. Windows open with keyfob
3. Windows and sunroof close with keyfob
4. "Teardrop" wipe feature - "After the wipers stop, it will wait 10 seconds and wipe 1 more time to get rid of the 'teardrops'."
5. Adaptive brake lights that flash in fast emergency braking

The whole process is very quick, like 1-2 seconds once you click go. WAY faster than flashing an ECU with a Cobb or the like which can take like 30 min the first time.

5. Adaptive/Emergency brake lights, I have mine setup as it would have come OEM which is 1 second when the default parameters are hit.

Did you try these at all?
In Instrument Cluster
1. Warning configuration: Warnings BCM_ Hinten Warning daytime running lights defective (57)
2. Further coding: General configuration external light daytime running lights
In PCM
"Additional equipment part 1 daytime running lights"
Also one in BCM but I assume that's for tail lights
