I have a 991.1 S (I think it's considered a narrow body) and I have +45 in the front & +48 in the rear and it perfectly lines up the wheels flush with the body. I would think you would need a little more in the rear then +48.....maybe +52 if you want them flush?

If you have +45 and want it to stick out more, you'd need a 42et or less. The lower the et/offset number the further it sticks out. Higher numbers go in towards the car. I swapped my Sport Design wheels with Turbo Sport Classics (new Fuchs) and had to deal with rear spacers to to make flush because of the offset difference. Spacers lowered the overall offset/backspacing number.
The lower the number the closer to the Zero offset number it gets, pushing wheel out.
(on the same car) A wheel with a 45mm offset will stick out 10mm more than a wheel with a 55mm offset.
+45 (positive 45) will stick the outer lip of the wheel further out than a +55 offset/backspacing. Made a quick little pshop to show what I mean. It'll rack your brain if you're doing a custom 3pc wheel setup lol. How I remember it: The "offset" is just how far the center caps (or lug nuts) are offset fwd on the wheel's center.
Hope this helps!

Reason: rewording
Absolutely perfect fitment. Wheels were pushed out to the edge of the fender but did not poke out one bit. Probably going to hold onto the HREs for another future 991.2 wide-body, especially since they were only on the car for 4 months of actual driving, plus the MSRP is now over $14,600/set, excluding taxes and shipping, and they take about 8-12 weeks to manufacture.
