Does a low mile car have problems with dried seals?
Looking at purchasing a 2018 911 with only 3400 miles. I've heard different opinions that the car could have to little miles, not driven enough and could run into dried seal issues, etc.
Thoughts?
moisture in the oil, condensation causing rust, yeah sure.
short starts sooting up the oil, especially if it's some misguided owner who starts the car every 2 weeks for 5 minutes "to get the oil flowing" ? big problem. but that's more of an owner problem than a storage problem.

It’s a 2018 not a 1918. Not much to worry about on something probably not even 4 years old. If it’s a good price you should be buying it immediately, because good deals do not last in today’s market.

On 9/8/22 a 2018 Carmine Red 991.2 GTS popped up. About 12,000 miles, big warranty and well optioned. Ut is locared in MD. I know the owner and he is meticulous about his cars. Check it out!
Not at all. I bought my 2013 S back in 2020 with only 8800 miles on it and it's 100% perfect! If it was a 1980 911 then I would be worried about dried seals.
