Not that I am aware.

Launching PDK or MT?

Why do you want a lower rpm launch?

PDK cuz i have to much power to launch in high rpm causing lots of wheel spin

A great problem to have.

Stickier tire is the only solution that I know of aside from going AWD.

Not settable unless you have an aftermarket tuning solution that allows. Although, you can somewhat do it manually by releasing the brake at a lower RPM.

Not to my knowledge, hence wanting to clarify the context in which the question was being asked.

1.9 sec? You outrun superbikes, supercars, and performance EVs to 60 and you aren't even on slicks? That's damn impressive.

MT launch control: clutch in, floor accelerator fully, RPM will stabilize at 4k, release clutch.

This may not work well, check the forum for clutch failures from this tactic.

One of the first items mentioned by my delivery tech when I picked up my C4S at ATL, please don't launch by dumping the clutch.

this is true of any car. You want to take up all the lash before slamming power through.
