I knew I wouldn't remember the functions so I printed the settings sheet, checked off what I enabled and put the sheet in the glove box.
I set the top to be taps and wanted the windows different so I set them to hold. For the life of me I can get the windows to work consistently. When I do get it to work I cant really tell how I did it. Has anyone dealt with this. The taps for the roof work every time, the hold for the windows not so much. I even tried the spare remote.
Thoughts on my fail???

Hold unlock for 5 secs should open, hold lock for 5 secs to close. I don't have my windows alone programmed that way. But the top/window combo works that way for me. There are complete instructions on the smart top website.

Not too often out that way but I have a friend in Wilbraham that I visit occasionally. Yeah I am guessing on the 5 seconds but it definitely takes more than 2. Just keep holding until things start to happen.
