conical seat wheel bolts
Anyone know where to buy a set? I can't find them anywhere. And just confirming dimensions: M14x1.5, 19mm head, 45mm length (30mm threaded length)?

I googled "ecs 911 wheel bolt" since I know ECS has a bunch of this kind of stuff available, got this as a top result:
https://www.ecstuning.com/b-ecs-part...ps19d28mwznkt/
I'm sure FCP and any number of Porsche dealers that have online sales portal like Suncoast would also have these available. You can also get the part number from them (look it up on the parts PDF, available on the porsche website, then google that)
ECS's site confirms the 19mm head, 45mm shaft, 30mm of which are threaded. M14x1.5 sounds right.

Ah, crap, overlooked that.
Is it a 60 or 45 degree seat?
The place you got the wheels should have lugs available, I'd check with them first. The stock size is indeed M14x1.5x45 with 30mm of the shank threaded. Not sure how important the 15mm of solid shank is but I'd be inclined to keep it that way.
BMW lug bolts exist around that spec, not sure how much wiggle room is available for going with something like a 40mm over a 45mm. I'm finding various 45mm fully threaded conical seat lugs searching around for "m14 1.5 45mm conical lug bolt" but it's pretty slim pickings.
I think you'll be best off finding lug bolts intended for using spacers for a car that uses M14x1.5 in the seat angle you need. E60 BMWs, perhaps.

Yes thank you! I actually ordered these a day before you posted and was going to wait until after I got them to give feedback, but yes, fantastic seller, great bolts, got them on without problems. So for anyone in the future who finds this thread, check out otisinla!
