Default Saying goodbye...

As part of a new house purchase and relocation I have sold my 991....best price was form a local dealer. I got offers from $45k to $64k, but the dealer beat them all with a $65k offer (https://www.greenacresnissan.com/use...CB2A90CS155107).

We close on the house in December, then slowly move across state. Should end up listing our old house by end of December and close in February if all goes well.. I can then get back into a 911....want a manual again, pdk is fun but too easy. I had dtcs in my M3/M4 and I felt like if I didn't shift myself it wasn't a good automatic, but the pdk was so smart I ended up using it as an auto so much more.....

Thanks for all the advice.

Congrats on the sale and good luck with the move.

Whatever happened to Experience Wholesale? I thought you had a deal in place with them. Did it fall through or just got a better offer?

congrats on the sale. And dont worry, you will end up in a much better alternative, I have done this many times and selling is always a downer but the replacement is always better in every way.

good luck with closing on both houses.

Good luck and hope to see you back soon. The linked listing says it's a Turbo S?? Quite a glaring mistake there.

If you want a new 992, you may want to order now for Feb/Mar delivery. Manuals, ah yes...

Oh, good luck on your move.

Whatever happened to Experience Wholesale? Greenacres Nissan beat them by $1k, plus much closer to home. (https://www.greenacresnissan.com/use...CB2A90CS155107)

The linked listing says it's a Turbo S? Just wrong, beats me....

Let me guess...moving to Naples or Ft Myers from Dade or Broward? Palm Beach actually. I went from Miami to Palm Beach in 89'....moving again for many of the same reasons, crowds, traffic, cranky attitude...

OP Where are you moving to? If all goes well, to the historic district in Fort Myers....final decision has to be made by tomorrow, reviewing inspections. However, if this house falls through we will still move once we find a different house. Search has been difficult, but we are fortunate that we can hold off selling are exiting house until after we close on new house, so no time factor at all.

I am not a new car guy so no new 992 in my future. Also, this move means no commute, who knows what I will buy next. All I know for sure is a cabriolet. I would prefer a manual but wife wants flappy paddles...Maybe another 991.1 or an older turbo?
