Helping my friend sell his car. Its a 2013 Carrera, White on Black, PDK, with 31K miles. MSRP $98k

That is fair to low, in my opinion. Currently 2013 Carrera (non S cars) are selling at dealer auctions for 63-67k.. Base MMR is 66k, with 31k miles add $1300.
His car, if in mint condition throughout and no damage should bring 66-69 at auction based on current trends and mileage.

I would start at 74k. You can always take less, but can never ask for more.
