If it's the tank vent again I'd start looking at lemon laws in your state, unless it's something silly like a gas cap.

You won't (well, shouldn't) pass tech inspection with a CEL on for your DE, by the way.

 

Tank vent issue is more than likely the vent line-others have had the same issue with 2017 cars after putting tunes on it. What year is your car and is it the first time with this code?

Have the 2017 911 3.8 Turbos also had these water pump problems?
Or is this strictly a Carrera 3.0 issue?

I should also mention my 2017 911 C2S had a small coolant leak I noticed on the garage floor a few times. I recently traded and that indie dealer took it into a Porsche dealer and they replaced the water pump under that warranty.

I have not heard or read about any 3.8TT water pump issues, or GT3's either. If its strictly the 3.0 tt's, that water pump design or mfr has/had a problem. I'm sure Porsche will fix it, but it seems to be taking an iteration or two to solve the problem.

 

Car is a 2017, Carrera, base (manual if that matters). Ist issue was in August (5th) about 3 months after tune was installed, has come up 3x since. Tune has been off since August 5th. 1st time replaced Coolant Pump (#2), Valve Block,Pressure converter, 2nd time replaced Breather Lime & Pressure Sensor. CEL is gone now, odd.
