I'm so excited that the @Soul Performance valved exhaust system for my '13 C2S without PSE has shipped! My dealer isn't 100% sure of the parts needed to retrofit the OEM valve controller to the dash without ordering the entire PSE upgrade kit for the C2S and I've been unable to find a definitive list on here through the search function. @SuncoastParts provided the parts list below, I thought I'd reach out to the community to see if its complete.
Thanks for the help, I'm planning to have an Inde do the work, but would welcome tips from those who have done this before.
Recommended Parts list to add the PSE valve controller to '13 C2S w/o PSE.
Yes, I know this is more expensive than to add the Soul Performance remote valve control. I prefer this setup and am willing to pay the extra labor for the convenience of the OEM button control.
Hi Mike, thanks for the quick reply! James is the reason I decided to do this mod the way I did. Like him, I really like the idea of the OEM button in the C2S as PSE was the only option my car didn't have out of my wish list. However James has a 3.4L C2 and the setup on the 3.8 C2S, I understand, is different as there are already valves in the OEM exhaust setup. What's lacking in the button for manual control which require the button module, vacuum lines and certain other parts.
Nevertheless, I think reaching out to James could be a good strategy. Also, kudos to John G. for answering my questions through the ordering process.

In spite of the differences in hardware, the button switch and other accessories are a shared burden and James could let you know the intricacies and labor times involved with the interior upgrade side of things!

I got your email and will respond there, but for anyone else interested you can convert any C2/4 or C2S/4S with a PSE button to work with the valved exhaust system. They essentially install the exhaust, run the vacuum lines into the back of the car, under the carpet and into the appropriate termination points inside the cabin. After that, they add a new control console component / button cluster in the center console (they don't just add the PSE button, they need to replace the entire collection of buttons in that spot within the center console) and then reprogram the PCM. For the S models, the reprogramming is required still I think even if you have factory valve control. To do all of this they obviously need to remove the rear bumper and air-box. On the inside, my guy removed both front seats (amazing to see them taken out in a matter of minutes, just 4 bolts holding them down!). The whole job took around 8 hours if I recall correctly, start to finish. It's still my favorite mod on my 991.
Basically, what you need is the Suncoast kit - matched to your VIN, minus the center muffler. I bought a used PSE center muffler and then just contacted Suncoast to ask them for the C2S PSE kit minus the muffler. It took 10 minutes to get a reply and I placed the order right afterwards. A week later the parts were at my door and my indy mechanic fitted it.
I should add that on the C2S, the button is prewired. It does need to be coded, but when you get the button panel with PSE button it takes 10 minutes to swap.
