Default Litchfield spring problem

I installed the Litchfield KW HAS kit and am having a problem with the rear height. The front lowered by 20 mm which is perfect. The rear was actually higher by 5/8 inch than stock. I have a 2017 Carrera with PASM.
I moved the spring perch to the lowered grove, even though the instructions call to put the perch in the 2nd highest groove. The KW adjustable perch is as low as it will go. The rear was to have a helper spring but I did not put it on because it was fully compressed with the suspension lowered so it served no purpose. I had no problem with the install and the rear was not really too bad. Here are pictures of the front and rear with the kit installed and a picture of the rear. you can see it is maxed out to go as low as possible.

My first thought was the perch as a lot of shops forget to relocate that but since you mentioned you adjusted it, I guess I'm stumped.
