Default My car had a brainfart

Just had a wierd experience with my 19 Carrera GTS. Started to drive and just for kicks checked the oil level. Readout had a yellow warning message saying - at minimum level, add 1.4 quarts, Ok to drive. Went home and checked under the car for any leaks, found nothing, checked the oil cap, on tight. Started the car again and the message had cleared, oil level indicator showed proper level. No idea what happened. Anyone else experience this?

Electronic glitch. Many had had issues with oil readings. Mine reads 2 bars one day and 4 bars other days. Also, people have reported PCM issues that go away after restarting the car along with other MFD issues that go away after restarting the car.

Always most accurate after getting oil up to operating temp, park on level surface, turn off car for a couple mins, turn key to accessory (not starting car), and then check the oil gauge. Random checks while driving can vary and are not the most accurate.
