TV Tuner???

Yep. I did a quick check of the 991.2 parts catalog which lists options, it appears under I676, "TV Tuner".
I think I remember some countries (not US, perhaps Australia?) offer TV tuning service in their builds. Can't remember whether you can have it on the go. I do recall a similar question came up on my '09 BMW E92 M3, there were tuners who could code that feature (for a fee), so yeah, I think it's built into the architecture. Whether the Tuner "is there" and you just have to turn it on, as it were, I have no idea.
I did discover that you can load movies (forget what format) onto a USB and have them play on the PCM, which is cool. I have a couple available in case I get stranded outside Bed Bath and Beyond.
