Default Differential lock fault, any ideas?

This popped up after driving my 2013 C4S spiritedly on the backroad. Just for a background, I turned engine off and got off for a little walk, got back in and since it was on a slope, “hold” function got activated. Right after hold was off-hold, the “differential lock fault”message popped up (see pic). Then I reset the car (turned engine off, opened the door and restarted the engine)and the electronic handbrake lamp began to flash (see video). I reset it again and everything went back to normal. Never ever happened before in my 8.5 years of ownership …Any insights? Car just reached 38k miles today..

It looks like a reset got things going? I saw a thread in the GT3 forums with something similar. Most likely just some weird electronic glitch. Would be curious if it comes back,

I was at the track and an error came up that said, “Front diff failure.”

I was totally ok with that, as I don’t own a 4GTS. Mine is RWD.

The E-diff struggled at the track, the oil gets too hot and over heats.

I have replaced it with an OS Giken full mechanical LSD. Its epic now.

Check your car battery. These cars get gremlins with low voltage. Just a thought.

I’ve done quite a few tracks days in hot days too, this issue never popped up. Going to monitor for a while..
