Paint discoloration

Paint discoloration
Has anyone every seen this kind of discoloration on the rear bumper where the screws are located? The car has done low mileage and Porsche system PIWIS has not recorded any repaint history for the car. is this a factory defect or a bad repaint? I know for a fact that pts cars and gt cars have bad paint finishes and the bumpers are painted outside the factory and delivered just in time for the car’s assembly. The paint depth are relatively consistent throughout which makes it even more strange in my opinion.
The dealer claims no repaint history and this is backed up by the PIWIS system, however does PIWIS also record any reparations/maintenance done by none-Porsche workshops? Is it a repaint? Or factory defect?
there are also marks of polishing in concentrated areas and minimal polish leftovers in crevices that can be typically seen in new cars during their paint inspection during delivery.
many thanks.

It appears to be completely destroyed. I would get rid of it (to me) asap.
Lol! But honestly, these pics still make it difficult to see what exactly is going on. It almost looks like that trim piece was scrubbed aggressively and maybe with some type of chemical, but I just can't tell with these pics.
Have you looked at this same piece on other cars like yours?

Don’t know the orientation of the fastener and if the discoloration runs downhill.
If it is a downhill mark from the fastener, it could be run-off from fastener oxidation via water/detergents and it’s staining the cover.

It looks like that line is above both screws. This wouldn't lead me to believe it's a repaint. Is there anything else going on besides just these marks?

Thank you for the feedback! Otherwise there are some swirls and polishing marks and minimal signs of polish in the crevices. Along with that, there are scratches formed from a turning motion around the screws which implies that the bumper has been taken off at some point in the car’s life. However, whether In factory or not, I have no idea.

That looks like overspray to me, someone didn't do a good job with the masking tape. The color is very similar to primer.
Clay bar (or equivalent), polish, wax and seal... It will look like new mate.
