997 Carrera Cabriolet 4 hard top?

997 Carrera Cabriolet 4 hard top?
I've always admired 911's and I'm finally in a position to buy a used one. I want to get a used 997 or 996 all wheel drive convertible. Well ideally I'd end up with a 997.2 4s I don't know I have the budget for that.
One option I have is a 2006 997.1 C4. I understand this is considered a wide body. My first question, among many probably to follow, is if a hard top that originally went on a 996 will fit the 997.1 C4 wide body. I believe in the 996 only the 4S was considered a wide body. I'm assuming if the 997.1 is a wide body that it would require a different hardware than the narrow body but I don't know if that's true. Basically if I get a 997.1 C4 am I ever going to be able to put hardtop on it? If so what do I need to look for?
