no hablo espaņol
Been having an "unusual" issue with the car since purchase. Second owner and purchased the car out of California.
Will be listening to the radio and it suddenly switches to a Spanish station. Does not matter which station (happens to all of the presets) I am listening to but it always goes to the same Spanish station.
Push the station button again and it returns to my regular broadcast. Happens frequently enough to be a pain but do not know why.
Other than a priest, any ideas?

Advanced
Do you have the Traffic Program functionality enabled on your PCM? Next time it happens, look to see if there is a message on your PCM screen (bottom left, if I recall) that says something like "TP Announcement". There is info in your owner's manual for turning this on and off, and setting the volume. I believe this functionality is mostly used by European authorities (for alerting of traffic issues in the area) but it seems some US radio stations also broadcast non-traffic alerts on this causing the radio to switch to it automatically and seemingly stay there.
Mine never activated for years driving around the San Francisco area until we got a weekend house in rural Sonoma County. Once the car started spending more time at that house, I started to notice the PCM picking up these broadcasts. My radio will switch automatically and it's usually some talk radio. Sometimes I won't even notice until I wonder what happened to whatever I was listening to.
I think it's possible one of your local Spanish stations is broadcasting something on this and your PCM is picking it up and switching to it automatically. Look to see if you have the Set TP functionality on in your PCM and if so, try turning it off.
