Was not totally clear if the image above was from NM or JoyeAuto - would be good to compare the two

 

None of those pics look like my NM unit

 

I thought docskeet's was, but maybe not. What model do you have, docskeet? Hopefully someone can post a pic of an NM system's display.

 

My sensors are in the upper left, I think and they don't have the yellow. That looks like a stock camera?

I could be totally wrong, I'm full of drugs.

 

My unit was installed by CarTunes in Atlanta. I have no documentation. On the Blue Tooth connection the identifier is “IDCORE”. When I Googled that I found a company in Britain.

The sensor image comes up on the left or right side of the screen. In the image I posted I was pulling out of my garage and it detected the left and right side of the opening. When I’m closer to something the color changes to red.

FWIW the camera and wireless Apple CarPlay work really well with this unit. I’m sorry I can’t tell you all more.

 

Here’s an image when I got very close to some shrubs. The color changes to red. Each quadrant fills sequentially the closer you get.

Dealer Source in Austin and San Antonio. I had the CarPlay and camera done at the Austin shop on my 2012.5 991.1. JoyeAuto and a camera sold by the installer. Everything works well and was very professionally done.
