Wastegate clip rattle (Video) on my 991.2 C4 - quick fix or dealer visit?

Last time I had my car in for service for a few items, I had asked about what sounded like a wastegate rattle at startup and general rattle coming from the rear that would come and go when being on/off throttle. The dealership said that it was normal operation/sound and sent the car back. I poked under the car to take a look myself today and immediately noticed what looks to be a retainer clip of some sort for the internal wastegate that is, well, rattling around. This same clip on the other side on the turbo wastegate is 100% tight with no play.
I tried snapping it into place and seeing if I could fix it without a return trip to the dealership, but I can't get it to stay in place. Any tips, or should I bring it back to the dealer?

Can you take a better picture? Can't make out the part exactly.

First time I've seen this piece. Seems like an intermediate step from the first cars that don't have anything and the later cars that have the full cover over the whole arm assembly. Looks like it's held on by the little metal tabs that bend and basically clip it to the arm. So those tabs aren't bent anymore it seems, or it just needs to be snapped back into place. Your dealer sucks, they are just being lazy. Probably a five minute fix.

Have them put the car on a lift. Show them the loose rattling piece. Show them the non rattling piece on the other side. Tell them you would like it fixed. Leave and tell them to call you when’s it’s sorted out.
