Default Side skirts for a 991 C2S

Any recommendations on where I could buy a set of side skirts for my 2013 991 C2S? I really like the stock look of the wide body cars and wondering if there is a company that makes them for my car? Thanks for the help!

Check out design 911. I believe they make 2 options. One that is larger like the vorsteiner(personally looks too aftermarket) and then another set that is much more subtle like the factory wide body skirts

I’m surprised there aren’t more aftermarket options. There’s always the DIY retrofit method. Otherwise Maxton Design is another alternative. There’s also an eBay option that one of the other RL member has purchased.

I would just DIY the OEM ones on... pretty easy job.... supposedly installing the design 911 ones is no treat and they are fiberglass.

I ordered a set from Maxton back in November 2020 and they still didn't have them last month so I cancelled the order. I might give the OEM a shot and see what needs to be done to make them fit.

Can you add a set if rear splitters for me to the order and ship them from you to me?... PM me if we can work something out.

They take like 3 hours with a heat gun and a box cutter.

Have you done it with the OEM?

Yea I posted a pic above, they've been on the car for a year or so now... @polobai has a way to do it without a heat gun I think... the back of the skirt is the only "tricky" part, otherwise its basically just cutting off some plastic tabs etc.

Great and thanks. They look great! Are they from a Turbo or what model? I know RR Racing did the GT3RS's on their car. They said it takes a bunch of modifying? By the way, you an Aprilia fan? I collected them for many years along with Ducati's!

Do you have any close up photos? I've seen some of the threads and some of the gaps don't look too amazing. I really wish someone would make an aftermarket GT3 skirt that fits well.

FWIW, they have a US website as well.
