no real benefit unless you really wanna be able to say you run 315s, there's a tire you want to use that's available in 315 that isn't available in 305, or you track the car and 315s are both class legal and actually beneficial on track.

They look stretched on the 12" wheel. Porsche probably knows what they are doing when specing tire sizes.
