I have an 02 as well, and I would do the following:

Basic oil change
Fuel filter
Air filter/ cabin filter (if you want to get fancy throw some form of "Dry" air filter, forget K&N..)
Brake fluid flush (I prefer Motul dot 5.1)
Service/flush the power steering/ clutch assist system- CHF gets nasty over time
Clean front radiator ducts as well as front battery tray area
Pull rear wheel housings, pull the plug out of the top intercooler plenum and remove leaves
Last but not least, I would perform a smoke test AND a boost leak test.
Check trans and front diff fluid

Then drive her.

I do the same with taking mine to the dealer for some work and my indy for more wear item replacement (brakes, plugs, etc). The dealer is probably 40% more but as noted there are perks (loaner for the day, quicker getting parts, tire storage, etc). I have a good relationship with both the dealer and my Indy and would say I probably use them equally throughout the year. At the end of the day they are both doing the same work assuming equally trained mechanics .
