I'm sure I can probably get from the dealer - but without having to take the trip, etc., wondering if anyone has a bead on how to pinpoint what this part is? and can it be ordered online to ship to my house?
There's a little tool kit on the drivers side of the Frunk, and it secures neatly via a metal tongue that hooks into the slot on the left, and then there's a male post (green circle) that snaps into a plastic female receiver (in the red circle). However, the plastic female bit has broken off. It looks like a pretty straightforward repair, one phillips-head screw and Bob's your uncle. But not sure where to start finding a part number for the female piece, or place to order online?
I think 991-551-421-02-1E0 is the tool box itself, or its cover, and not your broken part. Try this instead: 991 551 825 00 (Support Cover Front)
Remove that screw and the cover support should come out. There are 2 of these - identical ones on each side of the frunk. One for the tool box cover and another for the tire sealant cover. In my 2016 GTS, this support and the female part look a little different than yours, but the function is the same. (The slotted parts that the tool box cover and tire sealant cover tongues fit into are called "support cover rear" but are different left vs right)
