Legend PPF
Checking in to see if anyone here has had any experience or word of mouth experience with "Legend" ppf (www.legendppf.com)? Having my car in for a full ppf in matte and the installer is very big on this new film. Just can't find much in terms of reviews out there.
One of the main purposes of any PPF is to protect the original paint from impact caused by flying gravel and other objects. Thus the thickness of the film is important, especially for the film on the front facing surfaces (Front Bumper, Hood, Side View Mirrors & Rear Quarter Panels on a 981/991/etc). Xpel & Suntek both have a 10mil film for these front facing areas.
From reviewing the specs on the Legend Prime Matt Film, it looks like a standard 7mil film. The Legend Prime Matt with Cap would be a better choice for these front facing areas due to the added thickness and ability to absorb impacts from flying debris.
The above noted, I would still go with the Xpel or Suntek as they are proven products over many years, yet someone always needs to be first with new products. And whatever you choose, adding PPF to your car will always be a benefit!!

xpel is a very popular one that many use. It's great for the 10mm
If you want the best, I've switched my car over to use Suntek Defense. This is significantly thicker and definitely need an experienced installer to work with.

3M Scotchgard PPF is 8 mm thick and it works just fine. You have to look at the whole picture, not just how thick the product is. My main concern is yellowing from the glue after a few hot and UV rich summers and shrinking/peeling.
