Default Which driveway looks better?

I have been on a long road trip. Been in beautiful sunny weather with lots of green, couple snow storms and in the desert. I enjoy driving in warm weather but there is something to say about driving in snowy mountains. What driveway would you rather park in?

Both have their pluses.

I love driving in the snow, and I love winter because it means we can fat bike, down hill ski at the resorts or in the back country!

Spring/summer/fall is great for being able to drive a bit more spiritedly. Also means, hiking, camping, mountain biking, road biking.

Florida gal here. Never driven in the snow & the thought of it terrifies me. A dear friend lives in Michigan, & her husband (a MI native) totaled his Tundra when he black ice & spun out. So, I'll just stick with my non-icy roads & call it a day, thanks.

Have winter tires on the 3 vehicles that see snow. One of them has studded tires (the one that parks outside), if the garage didn't have a finished floor would have studded tires on all the vehicles.

Driving in winter can be challenging, but I enjoy it immensely.

All that snow hard packed in the radiators - did you have any overheating issues?

No. Drove through snow for 7 to 8 hours. Car handled great. The photo was me pulling into the unplowed driveway. Road trip Minneapolis MN to Alta WY, Alta WY to Palm Springs CA, Palm Springs back to Alta. Now I need to make it back to Minneapolis, but it supposed to snow for the next 6 days. The post was to show the contrast of warm sunny driving compared to cold snowy driving. I personally love driving the car in all weather and conditions.

I'd rather park in the driveway I didn't need to clear/shovel
I don't mind driving in the snow, but I've been driving trucks so with 4 wheel drive, decent tires, and a lot of common sense and patience, its not that bad. I don't have winter tires for the 911 yet, but I don't trust the other drivers on the road to take it out when conditions are that bad, anyway.

I was raised in Buffalo, New York where it averaged 6' of snow a year. That's the main reason I'm now in Texas! If I never see snow again, it will be too soon.
