Received this warning today on the dash display...”Headlight control defective— Service required control defective— Service required”. Appreciate any insight as to what and how much$? What part or module is defective, can a DIY r/r it? And what is cost/time estimates at home or dealer? Really enjoying my 991.1 GTS. Thanks in advance.

Does the warning stay on, or disappears? When I had it happen to me, it was caused by the headlight leveling sensor issues related to the car being lowered. Message would pop up for a second and disappear when starting the car. Happens maybe twice / year.

”Headlight control defective— Service required control defective— Service required” notice is intermittent and just started. Hard to tell what is causing it, or has changed to cause it. Appreciate any feedback on this issue/repair?

Could be the level sensor/control arm. Driver's side front suspension. Check out this thread: https://rennlist.com/forums/gt4/9816...t-they-do.html
