Could you please share how you're able to achieve the 660whp on just strictly 91octane? Even with a dyno reading high, thats big power on 91oct! Also for reference, APR's own vehicle was around 700whp on full E85.

Thanks!
Thank you Pat ! Its been a project, with refinements and trials along the way.

Without an actual dyne, we do not know what this car is making on 91 octane as it sits right now. The only correlation is our acceleration rates vs Cars tested in AL and their measured WHP values.
Reference : 2 years ago we tested ~ 550 whp on 91.. but that was many generations of software and hardware ago. 60-130 times where in the 7.2-7.4 range. Currently we are 6.56s, which is in Tuned 991.2 Turbo S HP territory.

The Title of " 660 WHP " is aimed at the TiAL package and " Platform ".
With the M660 package delivering well over 700 whp on e85, the Name and the implied rating are objectlvley conservative.
With regards to 660 whp @ 91 octane, I share your skepticism.

It will be faster on 93 octane or any other fuel for that mater.

I had no idea you could 3D print inconel! This is fascinating stuff. Do you plan on selling these parts? Please post some more photos of the car from behind.

They offer a huge reduction in total pressure loss, as measured at the turbo.
Lower compressor outlet temps, higher turbo flow rates, lower exhaust back pressures, from less turbo work. One of the best mods.

Rennlist Sponsors.
APR Dealers.

This post is more of an update on the journey and platform performance.
Anything commercial has to go through Rennlist and the sponsors that keep it going, glad to be able to share here.

We can share more about the technology and advancements. Posting the : How, where, why... of the development effort. This has technical interest for us as a group here.

Disclaimer; while this platform is not designed for drag racing, and converting a perfectly good 911 into a straight-line sled is against our principles, there is no better way of measuring the results. Dynometers are a great tool, but the real world is objective. Enter the draggy GPS tool results.

The 6.56 s pull done on 91 Octane. 18.5 deg C ambient temperatures.
6.8x, 6.70 second runs where done earlier this week. Making sure there is enough heat in the tires is the key. No hardware changes between runs.
The car will light the tires if you punch it below 70 mph.

That's less than 3/4 of a second from APRs e85 car on drag tires ( TiAL turbos ) at a prepped track that ran 9.9 1/4 mile.

On 91 octane the Carrera is punching deep into Tuned 991.2 Turbo-S territory!
Competing for GT2RS performance. ( sacrilege ) !
Leaving GT3s and RSs behind.

Still getting 29.5 MPG on the commute to the office. ( Daily Duty ) 31,000 miles on the stock engine and PDK.

The MPSC2's are hard to keep from slipping, its all wheel spin unless you get the start perfect.
SC: Sport Mode, PASM ( soft ).

Mod configuration :

TiAL M660 Turbos.
TiAL 3D Printed Intercoolers
TiAl Inlets
TiAL 3D Printed Throttle Body Plenum
3D Printed Inconel & Stainless Cat back Exhaust
Aluminum 3D Printed Valance ( for center exit )
Inconel 3D Printed Exhaust Manifolds.
3D Printed Inconel Downpipes
AEM Dash Data logging

B16 Suspension
GT3 RS Brakes
AlTI Wheels
MPSC2 Tires

3156 lbs.

APR Tune!! Absolutely flawless.

Not all the part listed are needed, this car is a test platform for the advancement of the Carrera.
We still are working on the Turbo Inlet Elbows, over 150mbar of depression to relive there. This car still has the stock ones .

Big thank you to our Rennlist community.

Noticed you are in the PRC (peoples republic of CA). Is this car "off road only" (so who cares about drivability or mileage)? Or have you got CARB certification? Or only for sale outside CA?

The power potential of the this package WITH the OEM cats is well over 700whp. ( already tested ) .

Without speaking further to work in progress : CARB, EPA (49_State), and European (German) certification and validation are in process to ensure full compliance to the sale and use of the parts. I dont want to spoil the news.

Good to see data on this! It just confirms what we already knew. But now it's quantified.
