what are some options for winter wheel and tire options.
Is 19 inch better for winter? I try to look for from the forum but no luck yet.

I would just go to TireRack website https://www.tirerack.com/ and look what is available. Great prices and great service as you can always talk to a representative as well. And yes, 19". I would not spend a ton of money for the rims (and did not when I drove my Porsches in the winter) due to the harsh conditions/salt/sand etc.

Most of tireracks 991 options get close to a price of HRE flowforms. Vivid occasionally has deals, I scored a set last year for like $1600 bucks shipped. https://www.vividracing.com/wheels-s...&pattern=5x130

Careful with your offsets, if you want you get wheels that tuck in a little bit further into the wheel well, (I am 9mm further inboard with my HRE's in the winter) prevents a more road salt and and debris from kicking up. Honestly I do not notice it after a few days. Fronts are off by about 1mm versus stock so there is virtually no change there.

Also 991.1 and 991.2 offsets are different! So is wide body versus narrow body cars.
