I'm planning on adding a backup camera in the near future and I have a quick question. Long story short, I updated the rear to a .2 bumper and it looks like it originally had an oem backup cam installed.
There's a big square hole where the camera should go and I was wondering if there's a bracket or an oem plug I can use to cover it up (before drilling in my aftermarket camera).
See below:
I did some searching and came across "Rear Camera Support" part # 991-642-222-00.. but the picture of it looks like it may go on the "inside" of the bumper and not really create a "plug" for the hole shown above.
He wants a square ish plug for the current hole the 991.2 bumper until he gets around to fitting his non OEM rear view camera. No?
If so I have used this place several times and I am positive the OP can find what they need here if they take accurate measurements: https://www.caplugs.com/
You can get samples for free so order as many as you think are close to what you think will work.

Yup, thanks! I was missing a "?" there
