I was able to finally source my car from Porsche Irvine and get it delivered! It is not without perseverance on my part for sure.
The car is a CPO 2017 C2 in Agate Grey Metallic with black interior and seven speed manual.

It is absolutely a dream come true!!! I still can't believe it's my car.
I will post driving impressions and mods coming very soon. I've already installed clear side markers and Rennline aluminum pedals and have a VERY nice order placed with Soul already.
Nice congrats, good you picked a manual and love the Rennline foot pedals? I'm biased to AG myself.....
Did that CF shifter come with the car? Buying it separately is $$$$$
The Rennline pedals are great. They offer really good grip and with the extension on the throttle pedal makes for easy heel and toe down shifting. I have a narrow foot (B width) and the only time I was able to drive a 991 I wasn't able to heel and toe. That simply won't do for me, so I actually had the pedals before I had the car!
The CF shifter came with the car. The options listed are as the person who ordered it. I can't believe the options this person ordered on a leased car. I'm already planning on getting a yellow SC gauge face to match the rest of the gauges. At first I didn't think it was a big deal, but you see it all the time and I just think it would tie everything together. I'd like to do a perforated steering wheel with yellow stitching as well.
Oh, I forgot to mention, I had Xpel PPF installed and the side windows tinted as well. I did the "Track" coverage. It includes full front, hood, mirrors, A-pillars plus full rocker panels. You can't even tell it's on. The guy who did the installation said the paintwork was in really great shape. He couldn't believe the car had 26K miles on it.
