Car going in on Thursday for paint correction, PPF etc. Is the original GUARDS RED paint on this model year a single stage or clear coat paint? Original paint looks damn good for a 6 year old car and I am hoping for even better looks when the process is completed.

I have a 2015 and there is a clear coat, so two step paint.

I did the paint correction/ceramic/FFP and the paint was near perfect before the process....boy was I wrong, after is perfect as can be, before, not so much!

 

Thanks, that about what I figured. I personally haven't seen a GUARDS RED transformation so I am truly anxious for sure. As I stated, the car really looks good but I am hoping I am wrong also.
