Drove by Rd. ATL two weeks ago and noticed a BBS sign on a building. N. American headquarters? Anyway, the decision to shut down economies due to a virus that kills so few healthy people has been a bitch. Not to start a political debate. Just math.....

 

Chapter 11. They'll restructure...maybe a merger.
They supply OEMs; wouldn't be worried about them going away.

 

I remember them going bankrupt, or almost bankrupt, like a decade ago. Sounds like they just have crappy management.

 

But the virus was supposed to just go away. Like a miracle.

No......no politics here. We can get close but we can't cross the line. This is our break from all that.

 

That time Korean company purchased BBS and now the Korean company is in financial trouble I guess.

 

Agreed...this is the 3rd time they filed bankruptcy in the last 13 years. I wouldn't be concerned about BBS going anywhere...they'll get help. I knew something was up though when I was ordering my wheel faces for my custom wheel build back in March from BBS NA in Atlanta. I was informed that the motorsport wheel division has slowed down or halted production without any certain ETA of brand new Porsche fitment E89s.
