Vented seats
I'm trying to think now how many vehicles I've had vented seats on...
Ford Expedition - like having a dry-ice cooler under your seat lol, amazing
Cadillac CTS - meh at best
Ford F150 - good, but not great like the Expedition, despite being a 6-7 year newer vehicle
BMW 550i - lol. Literally useless, even in a 'cold' cabin
current 911 - I'm really surprised how well they work. I don't even have to let the cabin cool down either and they seem to work the same.
IOW, more than happy with how well they function in a small sports car like this! It was a must-have for me, coming from my 996 (black on black).

Thanks for all your answers. From what I read, mines work as they’re supposed to. They prevent sweat on the back, but not really more.
As others said, I can feel fresh cold air in my F-150, and it’s way better.
So a little disappointed by the 991…

My wife currently has a Lincoln MKC and the vented seats get so cold they have to be turned off after a few minutes so I know what you mean! In the 991 the colder you have the AC set the cooler the seats will be albeit there is no comparison to FOMOCO products.
We drive with the top down almost all of the time: AC on LO (a clink down from 60) and vented seats on the coldest setting and even in the hot FL sun and heat it is adequate (with ballcaps of course).

Personally, I think the ones in the F-150, based on my co-worker's truck, are way too cold. Make me feel clammy. I'm a pretty warm guy and living in Houston, even with a Cab, only felt the need for full ventilation on the hottest days. On my Cayenne, windows up, I don't run full ventilation at all.
It's a little different as that it sucks air away, rather than blowing it out. But I find it very effective.
Porsche seats suck air in rather than blow air out. Try putting a tissue on the seat back with them on. It will stick. Because of this, here’s an Easter egg: next winter, turn on seat heating and ventilation at the same time. It’s magic.
