Default Overrev report concern?

Hi All, looking at a used 2019 991.2 with 5k miles.

DME report came back with the following:
Range 1: 1982 / 294
Range 2: 571 / 291
Range 3: 1 / 90
Range 4-6 - nothing

Should I be concerned?

Thank you in advance!

The 1st number is the # of revolutions in a particular rpm range. The second number is operating hours on the engine when that range was last encountered. Range 1 can be hit under acceleration by bumping off the rev limiter. Not an issue. Range 2 or higher generally indicates an overly aggressive downshift. Range 2 is still fairly mild and unlikely to cause any issues. A single revolution at Range 3 around 200 operating hours ago doesn't seem like a huge concern to me. Range 4 would raise eyebrows, and 5/6 just scream "run away".

No concern. There are several videos and posts that go into detail. One revolution is usually an anomaly. The others in range 1 and 2 just show a spritely driven car that approached redline. No issues or long-term concerns with this one, based on that report.

That range 3 could have been a near money shift if the computer was blipping the throttle, it realized it was not in a good place (computer bailed out) and the driver never let out the clutch to complete the money shift. Should be fine.

The numbers are not revolutions, but ignitions, so 3 per revolution

While that report is not concerning, it's also very incomplete. Ideally, I'd also like to know:

total mileage
total operating hours
counter start cycles
