Default Anyone upgrade from base front splitter to the sport splitter?

Mine is at the paint shop. Anyone know if it is a simple swap? The splitter didn't come with any hardware so assuming it is an easy swap.
Anyone done it?

I did and love the difference it made! Super easy - even for anyone that has never held a tool.

Thats correct, unbolt stock one, and the new S lip will snap in. No hardware to mount it.

E - Sorry assumed it was for .2 I believe I read its the same for the .1 cars too.

Super easy to do, just pops on (and off as I found out on my driveway). It does reduce your ground clearance on slopes quite a bit, I now drive backwards into my garage !

Thx guys! Curious why few are painting this piece? I saw it painted on a car my same color, platinum silver, and it looked great. I have a great shop and they are painting mine now. It doesn't shine like the rest of the paint of course, but to me it looks better then the extra black plastic. I would think that on most colors (red, white, etc,), it would look odd though, I get that.

In my case because it's a wear piece (scrape, ding) and I like the contrast with the white car actually... I'm on chin #3 in 26K miles, then again admittedly my driveway is steep as hell ;-)

I don't paint it because no matter how careful I am, I still get in situations where it rips off

I had mine painted and it looks just like the other parts in regards to texture. I put Gorilla Tape on the bottom along the edge but I have not scraped it and am careful with curbs so no worries here.
