Wand wash handles, too. Granted, I was washing my wife's minivan the other day at a new car wash that opened recently and they had guys in there wiping down everything with sanitizing spray after each customer

I have never used hand sanitizer and have not been sick. I know there is a first time for everything but so far so good.

Hand sanitizer will not kill viruses unless it is infused with bleach.
Bleach wipes work but you have to be careful with the bleach stains.
Best practice, avoid touching you face (eyes, nose, mouth), wash hands. a lot.
Not only the pump handle, gas selector, display screen and keyboard as well.

Not accurate. In fact, you can go on the CDC and TTB websites now and get the approved formula for hand sanitizer, since it is in such great demand and they are trying to assist alternate and non-traditional manufactures.

The only way to not get germs is to take a long shower in boiling water and then immediately enter one of these that has been commercially cleaned with chemicals.

Then, the chemicals will kill you.

When hand washing is not available, hand sanitizers are very effective. Use the proper amount, and keep rubbing hands together until they are dry. People error by wiping off the hand sanitizer before it dries.

Good idea - I typically grab one of the towels to wipe your windows off with and use that on the gas pump.

Thanks LexVan, but I'll stick with bleach added and bleach wipes.
