I have clear led sidemarkers on mine-has anyone ever retro fitted white LED units instead of the amber? I know it would require disassembly and lots of work...but may get a spare set and try it out.

I forgot I even did those...I have done so many little things that I have lost track.
I still wish I could get a clear bulb in the markers...are they that way in Europe? If so maybe when of our members there can get them for us?

I think they are amber everywhere else. Wish it was as simple as swapping a bulb, but they are individual LED's on the circuit board that would need to be de-soldered and re-soldered in place after opening up the light.

I didn't mind my amber markers on the Agate Grey 16 991.1 S I owned. I have a black 17 C4S with the clear markers and it looks good too. Guess I have to say I'm not particular when it comes to side marker lights.
