Default 991.1 Fuel Filter

Hi All,
Just getting ready to do my 6 year service, and was curious why I don't see a fuel filter replacement noted in any of the service requirements.
Is it a "lifetime" filter? Hope not.
Thanks
Jeff

It looks like a PITA to change. I bet they only change it if you have loss of fuel pressure and/or your fuel pump dies.

It's sealed inside the fuel tank with the pump.

Many vehicles have fuel filters these days that are never replaced...not like the old days. I remember getting a bad tank of gas one time in the mountains of WV and the fuel filter was half water, along with the tank...I can still picture it from almost 30 years ago.
