Both levers are not functioning at all. The steering wheel air bag was replaced before i bought the car due to a minor front end damage. I'm thinking maybe the harness was left unplugged

Yeah, might be - remove the airbag first and then the wheel as you look for something unplugged. There is a cover on the bottom of the wheel where the stalks come out and while you can remove a couple screws you have to remove the wheel to access the others.
Is it easy to get access to the control lever and cruise control lever hardness on the steering wheel column? Has anyone had issues with the levers?
Yes, it’s easy to get access, just be careful with the clock spring as disturbing that can force the unit to require dealer “recalibration”. I happen to be selling a MF stalk in what to experiment with a donor. Here’s the link to it - https://rennlist.com/forums/market/1168374
If nothing else, seeing my pics of the unit will help you in disassembly. Good luck!
I might be interested if mine is bad. I might have a mechanic check it out since it seems complicated to dissemble. Can you send me a picture of the harness plug which is for the control lever and cruise control. Thanks

Not clear on the ask here so I took some pics of the back & bottom (the only visible plugs). I suspect (but this is ONLY my opinion) that, aside from functions ON the steering wheel that are controlled through the clock spring (heat, sport Chrono dial, etc.), the pieces in this section are MODULAR. For example, if I was trying to add m/f (or voice) control to it, I take any “blanks” in those sections out and transfer those from a donor like this (remember the car would have to be CODED for that functionality); it’s never just the hardware that adds functionality. Anyway, I have NOT tested this but suspect it to be the case - ymmv. Let me know if you would like to purchase, thanks.
