Default New to Me 2012 991 Carrera S

Just traded in my 2011 Cayman S for a 2012 991 Carrera S. I knew that there would be some difference between the cars, but the 991 is on an entirely different planet! I pick it up this week. Can't wait!

Congrats to another Canadian fellow! Can’t beat a nice black Porsche after it’s cleaned

Awesome car, have a blast.
In case you had any second thoughts, don't!
I bought my 2012.5 S in October 2018 w/57k on it, have driven it daily for ~12k miles with and oil changes and interior air filters the only expense other than gas. Do tickets count?

Thanks! Great to hear you loved yours so much. Sounds like they are very reliable. The one I bought has just over 50,000 miles on it, so not too bad, me thinks. I see you had the clear side marker lights on yours. I just ordered mine so I can swap the orange ones out right away. Shooting to pick it up on Wednesday.

The first thing I did was change the side markers. They come out easy if you take your time and don't force them.

Congrats!!!

Congratulations!!! I would be interested to hear a review between the cars, we have a 981 Cayman S and have come from a 996 4S, 997.1 S and 997.2 S. I love the Cayman balance.
